I can't with the idea to cut the sides or back of women hair then treat it as if it doesn't exist.

No wash was necessary but i always use leave in conditioner with hemp to blow out the crimp of previous styling . The parts also have moisturization as i went along. Always sweating ,growth also drys the root , worse the heat use if any so hair requires constain retouches and care.

Im loving the causal to classy effects in fashion and make up theres not another show out letting you see raw uncut faces i saw ms dutchess in particular without make up first episode #love that. Nothing wrong with keeping it natural. 

Sucks to see the cast going thru such real issues but I am tuning in to see the progress of others branching out and new cast members .

im learning to love aloe

The plant is good for healing skin and maintaining a glow.

Theres a full circle in continuing excersise through elementary right on into adulthood. Never too old to activate the range of motion and stimulate muscles strength. Im not saying bust out jumping jacks more like opting to take steps instead of an elevator or escalator.

In life we are nurtured to foods from early so the neurological connections play into things as simple as macaroni.    bet you thought up three major meals 1. Mac n cheese

      3. Mac n tuna salad
The fact is fruit is a possibility may seem strange but by far tasty.
