only one so maintain it love it keep it tight

Have yet to accomplish the ultimate goal of actual gym commitment but im moving.

I definitely don't count calories but im mindful of the food groups
My personal favorite snacks contain a lot of sugars but I substitute meals with a liquid.

Theres a full circle in continuing excersise through elementary right on into adulthood. Never too old to activate the range of motion and stimulate muscles strength. Im not saying bust out jumping jacks more like opting to take steps instead of an elevator or escalator.
